How it works:
Have you found an identical product (same brand, model, features) cheaper at another German retailer within 14 days of your purchase, including shipping costs? Then we will refund you the difference!

Requirements:

• The competing offer is from a retailer based in Germany (not an auction house or marketplace such as eBay, Amazon Marketplace, etc.).
• The product is immediately available for delivery.
• It is a new product (no B-stock, used device, or returned item).
• The price comparison must be publicly viewable (e.g., via a link or screenshot).
• It is a gross price including 19% VAT.

How to receive the price difference:

1. Send us an email within 14 days of your order to [info@smartdomo.de] with:

• • Your order number
  • A link or screenshot of the cheaper offer

2. We will review your claim and easily refund the difference to your original payment method.
